Elsie Mackay (født 1. januar 1893 i Simla i Britisk India, død 13. mars 1928) var en britisk skuespiller, interiørarkitekt og luftfartspionér som omkom under et forsøk på å krysse Atlanterhavet sammen med Walter G.R. Hincliffe.
