Colin Flooks, známy ako Cozy Powell (* 29. december 1947, Cirencester, Anglicko – † 5. apríl 1998) bol britský rockový bubeník. [1] Powell začal svoju hudobnú kariéru v skupine The Sorcerers v roku 1965. V roku 1971 vstúpil do Jeff Beck Group s ktorou nahral dva albumy, potom hral sólovo a založil skupinu Bedlam.
Cozy Powell zmarł 5 kwietnia 1998 roku, w wyniku wypadku samochodowego na autostradzie M4 koło Bristolu, gdy prowadził swój samochód Saab 9000 z prędkością 167 kilometrów na godzinę w czasie złej pogody [6] [7]. Rozmawiał przez telefon komórkowy ze swoją dziewczyną, nie miał zapiętych pasów i był pod wpływem alkoholu.
