Andy was born and also passed away in England, U.K. He lived most of his adult life in Australia and the U.S.A and was in England to record his comeback album when he passed, 5 days after his 30th birthday on March 10, 1988. Andy was returned to the U.S.A and laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, California.
