Na, am Santa Monica Pier in Kalifornien, nur wenige Meilen von Los Angeles entfernt! Reiseberichte. Bestimmt habt ihr schon mal von Santa Monica gehört, der Stadt im Westen des Los Angeles Countys im sonnigen Kalifornien. Spätestens nach der legendären TV-Show „Baywatch“ wurden wir Deutschen auf die kleine Küstenstadt bei LA aufmerksam.
15. Sept. 2019 · Der Santa Monica Pier, malerisch an der Küste liegend, entstand im Jahre 1908. Mit dem etwa 40 Meter über dem Pazifik liegendem Riesenrad, ist er bis heute eine der bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Los Angeles und besonders nachts durch seine Beleuchtung schon von Weitem sichtbar.
Visited 16/06/23: Santa Monica Beach and Pier are lovely attractions for a couple of hours fun on the coast. The pier was very busy but very vibrant with lots of attractions and games for all ages.
