For T.G. Sheppard, the loss was deeply personal. 3. Juni 2024 · In 1995, Sheppard took a two-year break from the road to play solely for eight months a year at T.G. Sheppard’s Theater in the Smokies. When the theater was sold in 1997, he was finally able to return to the road. He was subsequently able to continue touring and performing throughout the 1990s. He did not, however, sign a new record contract and did not release any new songs until 1997.
