Wes Wehmiller, bassist, composer, photographer, athlete, enthusiast, lover of life’s infinite sources of inspiration, loving brother, son and friend, was born September 12, 1971 in New York City. Wes was born hearing music. He began creating music of his own at a very early age and, by age seven, had begun to study classical piano.

  6. Wes Wehmiller, who along with his younger brother Abe, grew up in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, was born with a great gift and love for music. Wes studied classical piano from an early age and eventually chose the bass as his principal instrument. Following high school, Wes earned a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston .

  7. Wes was so incredibly talented at so many different things, it’s difficult to even keep track. Professional bassist, prolific songwriter, avid cyclist, insightful photographer, highly skilled hockey player…not to mention a lover of people and all living things, a good friend, a loving brother, and a wonderful son to his loving parents.
