Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly. Released. 1985 — US. Vinyl —. LP, Album. REENO Aug 30, 2022. Solid early 90's album from Maze. Has some trademark maze-isms, but within a more 90's context...luckily, it's not TOO 90's in it's aesthetic. Be sure to check out the newly recorded version of "Twilight" which incorporates some of the live arrangement.
U-Nam ensures a high degree of authenticity for his rendition, in that he was able to win Wayne "Ziggy" Lindsey, the band's original keyboardist, and drummer Michael White, who has been with Maze for 21 years, for the recording. Ex-Maze bassist Freddie Washington and Tony Tatum provide the exciting vocal contribution.

When Frankie was 12, he joined the Philly doo wop group the Silhouettes and went on tour with them in 1959. Frankie had served apprenticeships in several Philadelphia groups.
