John Beland. For over four decades, John Beland has recorded, toured and written for some of the biggest legends in contemporary pop, rock and country music. Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, he first picked up a guitar at the age of 10 and hasn’t put it down since. At 15, his family moved to Los Angeles.

1974 - 1977. John & Kris Kristofferson. Back in L.A. John got a call from KRIS KRISTOFFERSON to work with him. Kris was a major superstar at that time.
