Rhythm & Romance was the fifth studio album by American country music singer Rosanne Cash.It was released in May 1985. Her highest honor came when one of its tracks, “I Don’t Know Why You Don’t Want Me”, won the 1985 Grammy Award for Best Country Vocal Performance by a female artist.
