20. Jan. 2007 · The first half, the Polly and Her Pop album, sounds entirely -- and I do mean entirely -- different from the second half. This album is almost unlistenable, in my book. It's badly arranged pseudo-country and should have been left in the vaults. As it is, Bergen's father is really the main vocalist on these songs and she's essentially a background vocal, and that's not a recommendation.
