Andy Shernoff is a founding member of the pioneering New York rock band The Dictators, a band in which he wrote nearly all the songs. Over the years he has lent his skills to numerous other iconic bands. We reached out to Andy for an interview and he kindly responded.
Andy Shernoff. US-American musician, writer, songwriter and record producer, born 19 April 1955 in Queens, New York. Original founding member and songwriter of proto-punk band The Dictators, and currently a NYC sommelier. On certain projects he is credited as Adny Shernoff, The Christopher Columbus Of Punk, or The Punk Rock Sommelier.
