Paul William Fletcher (born 16 January 1965) is an Australian politician. He is a member of the Liberal Party and has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2009, representing the New South Wales seat of Bradfield.

Paul Fletcher trained in medicine before taking a PhD in cognitive neuroscience. He is the Bernard Wolfe Professor of Health Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge and a Wellcome Trust Investigator. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, of Clare College Cambridge and of the Academy of Medical Sciences.
Elected to the House of Representatives for Bradfield, New South Wales at by-election 2009, vice the Hon. Dr B Nelson (resigned). Re-elected 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2022. Ministerial appointments. Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Communications from 18.9.2013 to 21.9.2015.
Paul Fletcher has been the Member for Bradfield since 2009. From 2013 to 2022 he was successively a Parliamentary Secretary, Minister and Cabinet Minister. Apart from nine months as Minister for Social Services, Paul’s front bench service was largely in communications and infrastructure.
