Nice to see Patrick Troughton as a hobo a role he would take on later as the Doctor who was referred to as the Cosmic Hobo. Robert Beatty stars as Mike Maguire, a Canadian Mountie who has been assigned to Scotland Yard to learn British crime-fighting methods.
