22. Sept. 2012 · Tom ( Grant Bowler) and Tori (Evalena Marie) are employees at the fictional Silver Star Casino in Reno. On a slow day at the tables, Tom convinces Tori to join him in a stock room for a sexual encounter. At the same time a news report is airing about "Peace Day", a day when the entire world's supply of nuclear weapons is set to be destroyed.
In October 2007, Steve recorded an introduction to the Washington, D.C.'s International Horror Film Festival, The Spooky Movie Film Festival, in honor of opening night host, Count Gore De Vol, who was being honored for his 35 years in Washington, D.C. Posters for 30 Days of Night were given out, including one signed by Niles.
10. März 2015 · By the way, Steve Niles is a writer of the graphic novel that the film was based on, and not a character in the film. The title is actually "Remains". His name was added to be sure his fans watched it. I guess he has some reputation among the cognoscenti.
