A man picks up a prostitute and starts to fondle the prostitute's bare breasts. It turns out that the prostitute has a penis. Reluctantly, the man still allows the prostitute to give him a blow job. A woman opens her robe, revealing her fully nude, breasts, butt, and pubic hair visible. She takes off her boyfriend's pants, revealing his butt.

This movie set in Rio de Janeiro sees an American ambassador shaking loose his handlers to explore the poorer more dangerous side of Rio, a famous British plastic surgeon arriving to do work in Rio, an unfaithful married couple exploring their desires, and a tour guide and his gorgeous native partner.
