IMHO, Thom is doing his very best Carly Simon impression on the vocals - that’s why he sounds the way he does on it. This was cool to hear! 👍 This performance is after the release of “The Bends”, but it is as raw and direct as their “Pablo Honey” live performances were (not that there was a massive difference between the two).
