Man kann beispielsweise einfach eine losgelöste neue Gesellschaft gründen, die im Grunde – zumindest auf dem Papier – nichts mit der operativen Gesellschaft in Deutschland zu tun hat. Dann müssten wir aber einige Entscheidungen treffen.
