No, there is no place to buy moonstones. There are 5 throughout the game so there is a spare one if you want to complete the pokedex. There is 1 on Route 2, 2 in Mt. Moon (1 hidden), 1 in the Rocket Hideout, and 1 in the Pokémon Mansion. Just debating if I should wait for better DVs.
Easily the worst Tommy and one of the worst Epics on the game. Nway has a habit of always buffing at least one Tommy in their balance updates, but always skip this guy for some reason. Shame, he has a great design.
