Ruthie Foster will get a star on the sidewalk outside the Paramount Theatre in Austin, TX on Nov. 19, with a concert in the historic venue to follow that evening. A 6 p.m. unveiling ceremony will be free and open to the public. Foster is just the sixth artist to be honored on the Paramount sidewalk.
