Sometimes its the Ruthenians at St. Mary's, or with the Ukranians at St. George's, or the Maronites at Our Lady of Lebanon. I've also stopped in on the Russian Byzantine community next to Old St. Pat's, but i noticed the last time i was there they were gone uptown to St. Catherine of Siena.
