Vor einem Tag · 谷崎 潤一郎 （たにざき じゅんいちろう、 1886年 〈 明治 19年〉 7月24日 - 1965年 〈 昭和 40年〉 7月30日 ）は、 日本 の 小説家 。 明治 末期から 昭和 中期まで、戦中・戦後の一時期を除き終生旺盛な執筆活動を続け、国内外でその作品の芸術性が高い評価を得た。 日本芸術院 会員、 文化功労者 、 文化勲章 受章者。 初期は 耽美主義 の一派とされ、過剰なほどの女性愛や マゾヒズム などの スキャンダラス な文脈で語られることが少なくないが、その作風や題材、文体・表現は生涯にわたって様々に変遷した。 漢語 や 雅語 から 俗語 や 方言 までを使いこなす端麗な 文章 と、作品ごとにがらりと変わる巧みな語り口が特徴。
