  1. Each year, the Program selects a diverse cohort of World Fellows to spend four months together in residence at Yale University to grow intellectually, share knowledge, strengthen skills and expand networks. World Fellows are people of character, integrity, energy and talent.

  2. The Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program is a four-month, full-time residential program based out of Yale’s International Leadership Center and housed within the Jackson School of Global Affairs. The Program runs annually from mid-August to mid-December.

  3. The application process for admission to the World Fellows Program is done entirely online. There are no paper forms to complete or mail. There is no application fee or other cost to apply. Prior to the deadline, you may work on your application at any time and submit it when you are ready.

  6. Each year, the World Fellows Program selects a group of 16 Fellows to spend four months in residence at Yale as mentors, lecturers, and students. Each class of Fellows is unique, representing a wide range of professions, talents, places, and perspectives.

  7. Yale University’s Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program has named its 2022 class of World Fellows. These 16 extraordinary individuals consist of global leaders working in government, the environment, technology, journalism, international development, and the arts, around the world—from China to Uruguay, from Belarus to South Africa.
