How do i get over my arachnophobia I’ve been scared of spiders my whole life but it has grown so much more as i grow older. Right now it’s almost 3am on a school night and I’m not sleeping due to seeing two daddy long legs (at separate times throughout the night, i killed one other ran away into the hallway).
