Hey, was just wondering. I know that there was a religious tug of war from Henry VIII to Edward VI to Mary I and finally to Elizabeth I. It was probably a tumultuous period for the English citizens. How exactly did England go from a Catholic nation to excluding the monarch from being Catholic or even marrying one?
