I tried looking into this a few years ago, ignoring Wikipedia there’s not much information. Wikipedias list of German military rifles is a default starting point, in essence: Pre 1810 the jaegers weren’t armed with standardised rifles. There’s not much information on them to be honest. Particularly if you don’t speak German.
