Vor 16 Stunden · Lights or no lights it was a lot of fun to enjoy a warm night in Victoria watching the sunset and looking up at the stars while chatting with my granddaughter who had snuggled up beside me on a lounge chair. She did her best to stay awake. We conceded at about 10:30 p.m. only to learn in the morning that the lights “came on” about an hour later.
