The Bureau of Lands determined that Santa Fe has a total land area of 39,981.1558 hectares. The largest barangay in terms of land area is Santa Rosa measuring 10,801.1181 hectares or 27.02% of the entire municipal territory. The smallest, however, is Poblacion with only 88.8627 hectares or 0.22% of the entire municipality.
