If you liked the 'monster of the week' format of early seasons of Supernatural, you'd probably like Sleepy Hollow - most episodes in the first few seasons has Ichabod and Abbey working to defeat a new creature while also working towards the big plot of the season. The creature effects are also quite good and it has a decently spooky atmosphere. 4.
