- Die No Angels. Die No Angels waren nicht nur die ersten Sieger von „Popstars“ (2000), sondern auch die erfolgreichsten. Die Girlband um Sandy Mölling, Nadja Benaissa, Vanessa Petruo, Lucy Diakovska und Jessica Wahls zählt sogar zu den erfolgreichsten in ganz Europa.
- Bro'Sis. 2001 gingen Bro'Sis als Sieger der zweiten „Popstars“'-Staffel hervor. Die Band, bestehend aus Ross Antony, Hila Bronstein, Shaham Joyce, Faiz Mangat, Indira Weis und Giovanni Zarrella, wurde 2006 aufgelöst.
- Preluders. 2003 wählte man bei „Popstars“ sowohl eine Frauen- als auch eine Männer-Band: die Preluders und Overground. Nach einer dreiwöchigen Club-Tour durch Deutschland und Promosingles, die man in Mc-Donald's-Restaurants erwerben konnte, standen die Sieger fest (nächstes Foto).
- Overground. Die Jungs von Overground gingen damals als Sieger des Duells hervor und landeten mit „Schick mir ’nen Engel“ sogar einen Nummer-eins-Hit. 2008 folgte dann das Band-Aus.
Popstars ist der Titel eines international produzierten Reality-TV-Programms. Die Sendung begleitet dokumentarisch die Zusammenstellung von Popbands , deren Mitglieder abhängig von Staffel und aktuellem Konzept Sänger und/oder Tänzer sind.

Popstars is a reality music competition series that was broadcast on ITV in early 2001. It was the first UK series of the international Popstars franchise, and was billed as a documentary on the formation of a modern pop group. The programme began with audition rounds of aspiring singers performing covers of classic songs before a panel of judges.
