By 1963, they had enlisted Sonny Lombardo on drums, then adding Joe Kooken (later known as Jac Ttanna) on guitar, to complete the original lineup. They were originally a surf rock and instrumental group.

9. Sept. 2022 · Lead guitarist/vocalist Randy Holden and rhythm guitarist/lead vocalist Jac Ttanna were born in Pennsylvania, although like bass guitarist/vocalist Michael Port they called Baltimore home, the latter actually a native of the city.
The result was Randy reforming the Fender IV group with original rhythm guitarist, Joe Kooken (aka: Jac Ttanna). The additional musicians for the show were Matt Quilter on bass and Dusty Watson (who has played for Dick Dale) on drums. Subsequently, a DVD of the concert was released.
20. Sept. 2022 · The band comprised of Randy Holden of Blue Cheer and The Other Half, Jack Ttanna of Genesis, bassist Mike Port and drummer Michael Stuart Ware of Love! High Noon Records have compiled The Sons of Adam’s complete studio output comprising of demos, killer live material and outtakes.
