Precious Moloi-Motsepe (born 2 August 1962) is a South African philanthropist and fashion entrepreneur. One of the richest women in South Africa, she started her career as a medical practitioner, specializing in children and women's health.

Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe is a philanthropist and businesswoman who co-founded the Motsepe Foundation with her husband Dr Patrice Motsepe. She is also the founder and CEO of African Fashion International (AFI), a platform that promotes African creatives and social entrepreneurs.
