St. George’s – The British International School ist eine staatlich anerkannte internationale Schule mit Standorten in Köln und Duisburg für Schüler von 2 bis 18 Jahren und in München für Schüler von 3 bis 18 Jahren. Sie ist das erste britische Internat auf deutschem Boden.
Die St. George’s School wurde 1985 gegründet und wird oft als Familienschule bezeichnet. Wir bieten unseren Schülern ein sicheres und fürsorgliches Umfeld, welches von gegenseitigem Respekt und der Freude am Lernen geprägt ist.
St. George School is committed to the principles of our Catholic Faith. As such, we welcome each person as Christ. We recognize that each individual is unique and deserving of empathy, respect, and a feeling of belonging.
We are part of Saint George Parish, which has over 3,000 registered families. Our school opened its doors to eighty students on September 7, 1949. We have had a long and successful history of making Catholic education available to hundreds of children from Saint George and the surrounding parishes.
Saint George Catholic Parish. Worship Schedule. Mass Schedule: Saturday Vigil – 4:00 PM. Sunday – 7:30 AM, 9:30 AM & 11:30 AM. Monday through Friday – 8:15 AM. Reconciliation: Saturday – 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Holy Hour & Benediction: Tuesday – 6:00 to 7:00 PM (Church) Monday through Friday – 11:00 AM to Midnight (Holy Family Chapel) The Big Event.
The men of the parish dismantled and hauled the usable building materials, creating a four-room structure, Saint George School. Classes commenced on September 7, 1949, with eighty pupils in six grades. A fitting tribute to the vision of these early parishioners, this structure remains in use some fifty years later as part of today’s school.
