Im Juli jenes Jahres wurde mit dem bluesigen Instrumentalstück Why Should We Not?, das die Gruppe in der folgenden Silvestershow im Fernsehen präsentieren konnte, die erste Single veröffentlicht.
Manfred Mann and Mike Hugg were still keen to keep up with jazzy excursions and quite a few instrumentals were cut during the Fontana era, most of which weren't released at the time. They definitely had tongue firmly in cheek on this outing taking 4 popular hits of 1966 and giving them odd instrumental treatments with mixed results.
