Juni 2020 · Osborne's grandson, Sir Edward Osborne, of Kiveton, Yorkshire, created a baronet 13 July 1620, was the son of Sir Hewett Osborne, and father of Sir Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds. A half-length portrait of Osborne in armour is in the possession of the Duke of Leeds. A copy of this portrait is in Clothworkers' Hall.

  6. Sir Edward sat in only one Parliament, as the senior Member for London, and the only known record of his activities in the House is the addition of his name, at the last minute, to the large committee to attend the Queen, 11 Nov. 1586, to present reasons for executing Mary Queen of Scots.
