The Lost Episodes is a 1996 posthumous album by Frank Zappa which compiles (with the exception of "I Don't Want to Get Drafted" and "Any Way the Wind Blows") previously unreleased material. Much of the material covered dates from early in his career, and as early as 1958, into the mid-1970s.
Aynsley Thomas Dunbar (* 10. Januar 1946 in Liverpool) ist ein britischer Schlagzeuger. Er spielte unter anderem bei John Mayall, Alan Reeves und Frank Zappa und in den Bands Jeff Beck Group, Jefferson Starship, Journey, UFO und The New Animals um Eric Burdon.

17. Nov. 2023 · At one point, The Lost Episodes from 1996 was intended to be a three volume set. ["Love Will Make Your Mind Go Wild" from Record Plant, March 9, 1970] was to be included, but pulled once the CD was sequenced into a single disc.
After a short stint in the Jeff Beck Group, Dunbar founded 'the Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation', so named to chide Mayall, who had fired him. They issued four albums during their existence. Dunbar co-wrote the song "Warning" (later recorded by Black Sabbath on their first album).
