  1. The Ozark Mountain Daredevils are an American rock band formed in 1972 in Springfield, Missouri. They are most widely known for their singles "If You Wanna Get to Heaven" in 1974 and "Jackie Blue" in 1975. Bassist Michael "Supe" Granda has also written a book about the band, It Shined.

  2. Ron joined The Ozark Mountain Daredevils in 1989 and has remained their drummer since. He’s had the pleasure of playing on four Daredevils’ albums: Now Hear This, 13, Alive and Wild, and their most recent recording Off The Beaten Path.

Hi, I’m Ruell Chappell and it breaks my heart to inform you of, my friend and bandmate, Ron Gremps recent tragedy. Ron lost everything to a house fire, at his farm in Rolla, early Friday morning.
