Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School (abbreviated as PEGS) is a multi-campus independent Uniting Church comprehensive co-educational early learning, primary and secondary day school, with three campuses located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Boys and girls usually join the school community at Kindergarten, Prep, Years 7 and 11. Applications for entry at other years are welcome, however admission is conditional upon casual vacancies being available. Enrolment Procedures
These two prestigious institutions were amalgamated in 1977 as Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School. Known informally as PEGS, today the school continues to embrace its strong heritage and traditional values while offering one of Melbourne’s most forward-thinking private school experiences.
