Carman Irwin Miller (born 1940) is a military historian and former Dean of Arts at McGill University in Montreal. Born in Moser River, Nova Scotia, Miller received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1960 and a Bachelor of Education degree in 1961 from Acadia University.
