Gregory Arthur Phillinganes (born May 12, 1956) is an American keyboardist, vocalist, and arranger. A session musician, Phillinganes has contributed to numerous albums over a broad array of artists and genres.
Significant Gains is the first solo album by Greg Phillinganes, released in 1981. While the album itself was not very successful, the song “Baby, I Do Love You” was a minor R&B hit.

First discovered by Stevie Wonder as a teenager, Phillinganes served in Stevie's Wonderlove in the late seventies, performing on four songs from the iconic Songs In The Key of Life and continuing for five years. He released his debut solo album, Significant Gains, in 1981, landing a hit with "Baby, I Do Love You."
Academy: Montréal 2016. Greg Phillinganes began playing the piano at the tender age of two and hasn’t stopped since. Inspired as a youth by the classic Motown recordings of the Jackson 5 and Stevie Wonder, Phillinganes began performing with bands around his hometown of Detroit as a teenager.
