Any unit that is considered Undead (Skeletons, Zombies, Mummies, Carrion, Wraiths, Wights, Liches, Ghosts, Skeletal Horsemen, Undead Chariots) cannot stand and shoot or flee from chargers. This is due to the fact that they are just to slow in responding. Ghouls, Necromancers, and Vampires can flee and stand and shoot as charge reactions.
