The Department of Economics has been one of the key departments of the Faculty since 1991, when the Faculty was established. The department's staff is involved in teaching the core economics courses common to all students and a considerable number of specialised vocational courses.
The Faculty of Economics and Administration provides economic education to almost three thousand students not only in Czech, but also in English and French. In addition to top-quality education, the faculty focuses on research: excellent scientists dealing with a wide range of expert topics operate in our institutes.
