Herbert James Russell (28 May 1920 – 30 March 2019), better known as Jim Russell, was an English racing driver, garage owner and founder of the Jim Russell Racing Driver School. He died on 30 March 2019, shortly after undergoing an operation for a hip replacement.

9. Apr. 2019 · Jim Russell was a British racing driver who won three British F3 titles and competed in Formula 1 and Formula 2. He also founded the Jim Russell Racing School in 1956, which helped many motorsport legends such as Emerson Fittipaldi, Jenson Button, and Andy Wallace.
