Nov. 2023 · The simplest way to obtain this dark mode (without modifying C::B code), is of course to first compile and link C::B with wxWidgets 3.3.0 under Windows and simply launch it by adding a command line in a batch file like : set WX_MSW_DARK_MODE=2 codeblocks.exe Background and standard text colors are set inside wxWidgets.

ABout the margins colour: if I remember right, you can not change it without compiling C::B from source (but I might be wrong).

There are recent night builds for macOS, which work a bit better, but don't expect smooth ride on this OS.   7. 27. Nov. 2013 · Then: Change a file and hit build. Inspect the build log. C::B should have executed a command for building the file. If it doesn't then check modification times of all source, object (.o or .obj) and output (.exe, .dll, .a) files. If they are in the future you'll get this behaviour.

  8. I'm thinking of moving to Code::Blocks. I've heard a lot of good things about it and It's definitely fast from what I've seen. My biggest gripe is that it looks just terrible in my dark-theme. The tab titles are black and they stay that way causing them to be almost unreadable. And the console is black on white.
