Anni-Frid Synni Lyngstad [a] KVO1kl (born 15 November 1945), also known simply as Frida, is a Swedish singer who is best known as one of the founding members and lead singers of the pop band ABBA. Courtesy titles Princess Reuss and Countess of Plauen are also in use because of her third marriage.

Die Hochzeit fand am 6. Oktober 1978 im Stockholmer Vorort Lidingö statt. Im Februar 1981 gab ihre Plattenfirma bekannt, dass Andersson und Lyngstad sich getrennt und die Scheidung eingereicht hätten. Mitte der 1980er Jahre lernte Lyngstad den zeitweilig in Schweden aufgewachsenen Deutschen Heinrich Ruzzo Prinz Reuß von Plauen kennen.

Frida was one of the so-called “war children.” She was born to a Norwegian mother called Synni Lyngstad from whom she kept the surname, and a German soldier father later identified as Alfred Haase.
