31. Mai 2019 · About the Faculty. The faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University was founded in 1970 on the initiative and thanks to the efforts of one of the greatest Russian scientists of the 20th century — Academician Andrey Nicolaevich Tikhonov.
