Steve Hellier. Steve Hellier is a writer-producer who is best known for forming the electronic music group Death in Vegas with Richard Fearless. Signing to Concrete Records in 1994, the band wrote, recorded and toured their highly successful debut album ‘Dead Elvis’, released in 1997.
