Originally released In 1977. This album contains all the tracks from the original King Of The Jungle LP on Mr. Blues MB 7602, plus two previously unissued titles (A2 and B3). All tracks have been remixed by Rooster Blues in order to recapture more of the "live" Eddie C. Campbell sound of the 1970s. Recorded at Sound Studios, Chicago, Illinois ...

Campbell's debut album, King of the Jungle, featuring Carey Bell on harmonica and Lafayette Leake on piano, was released the next year. [2] In 1979, Campbell participated in the American Blues Legends '79 album and tour of Europe, both organised by UK based label Big Bear Records. [3]
