The Brass Bottle is a 1923 American silent fantasy comedy film produced and directed by Maurice Tourneur and distributed by First National Pictures. The original 1900 novel The Brass Bottle by Thomas Anstey Guthrie was produced as a Broadway play in 1910.
With Harry Myers, Ernest Torrence, Tully Marshall, Clarissa Selwynne. Young London architect Horace Ventimore stumbles across an old brass bottle. When he picks it up a genie suddenly appears and promises Horace that he will grant every wish Horace wants in exchange for his freedom.

London architect Horace Ventimore picks up an ancient brass bottle and is suddenly greeted by a genie who promises to grant the architect's every wish in return for his freedom. The wishes, when granted, however, cause too much trouble, so he tricks the genie back into the bottle and tosses it out to sea.
