Ronnie Scott, an iconic figure in the world of jazz, left a tremendous legacy to the British jazz scene through the establishment of Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London. The club, which opened its doors on 30th October 1959 in Soho, was co-founded by Scott and his fellow musician Pete King.
