St Paul's College is a Catholic primary and secondary school, located in Gilles Plains, in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. One of three schools founded and formerly run in SA by the Christian Brothers , the school has been a member of EREA since 2007.
Built in response to the demand for Catholic secondary schooling in the developing suburban area of Gilles Plains, St Paul's College was to house school buildings funded by the Walkerville, Kilburn, Clearview/Enfield, Northfield and Hillcrest local parishes on a 22 acre lot allotted by the South Australian Housing Trust.
St Paul’s College is an R – 12 Catholic College in the Edmund Rice tradition. We are excited to transition to a Co-educational College beginning from Reception to Year 8 in 2022 and progressing to a full co-educational offering from 2026.
St Paul’s is both a residential and a teaching college, modelled in part on the offerings of the great collegiate universities of the world such as Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and Yale. Undergraduate

The College Archives are housed mainly in the Mansfield Library and includes rare books dating back to the 1400s, publications by and about former students, the College magazine The Pauline (from 1911), and a large manuscript collection which tells the story of Paul’s since the 1850s.
